Stállobiedju is the museum´s playroom for our youngest guests designed around Sámi myths and legends. Stállobiedju is Sámi and means "the lair of Stallo". It is difficult to explanin Stallo; sometimes he is compared with the Norwegian troll, and sometimes he is explained as a man eating monster.

The most important aspect about Stállobiedju is playing, and several Sámi mythical figures can be found here, alongside animals from the local fauna, such as the bear, the fox, the otter and the lynx. There is a climbing wall on the ground level, and from the 1st floor you can slide down the frozen waterfall and come down to the underworld where the Sámi mythical figures live.
